Our story wouldn't be complete without telling you about the people and the training program behind the scenes at Just Coffee People.

Just Coffee People is run by people with mixed abilities. The business has a range of tasks from packing the products, administration, marketing, deliveries and customer service and direct consumer sales at Farmers Markets around Yorkshire.

As a not for profit organisation, our profits are reinvested back into the business to provide training and employment opportunities for local people who are disadvantaged in the labour market. Just Coffee People run, concurrently, two training courses; "Just Starting Work" and "Into Work" to give disadvantaged local people a taste of working. The courses aim is to give them the confidence so that they may be more included in society and be able to find successful employment. Many of the trainees have in fact been employed by Just Coffee People as we grow our business!
